Our Team

Michael joined Next Step Surveying in May 2026 in our Toowoomba office, with more than seven years’ experience in civil construction surveying. Michael is always interested in new technologies and finding efficient and time effective ways of completing surveying work to benefit both the client and company. 

Michael is a licensed RPAS operator, with lots of logged hours flying LiDAR flights. His experience working with trades, operators and skilled personnel gives him good experience in providing a product that helps everyone to quickly and effectively complete their project outcomes. 

Outside of work, Michael plays hockey and enjoys spending spare time outdoors whether its in the garden or going camping. He is a keen sports follower and you will generally find him following rugby union, rugby league or hockey games.
