Our Team

Charlton began his career in civil construction, gaining valuable exposure to multiple aspects of surveying and its practical application in the field. Through his previous company, he worked alongside Next Step Surveying before joining the team in late 2025 to pursue his long-term interest in a surveying career.

He is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Surveying Technologies through the University of Southern Queensland. 

With his strong construction background, practical industry insight, and supportive professional network, Charlton continues to develop his technical skills and industry knowledge.

Outside of work, Charlton is a dedicated gym enthusiast who enjoys swimming at the beach and exploring new activities in his spare time.
