Our Team

Alesha holds a Bachelor of Surveying from the University of Otago in New Zealand, graduating in 2021, and brings over four years of post-graduate experience to her work. Known for her practical, hands-on approach, she is currently working towards her surveyor registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland.

Beginning her career in New Zealand, Alesha developed a strong focus on cadastral surveying, working across complex rural and urban subdivision projects. She managed the full land subdivision process from initial stages through lodgement, ensuring all council and statutory requirements were met, alongside exposure to engineering design and construction surveying.

After moving to Australia in 2023, Alesha expanded into civil and construction surveying on the Sunshine Coast. During this period Alesha has worked on a wide variety of Infrastructure, Civil & Commercial construction projects.

Alesha is highly detail-focused, works well collaboratively, and dives into every project with enthusiasm. She has a keen interest in emerging technologies, and enjoys exploring how new processes can deliver better outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Alesha plays netball and rugby union and loves spending any spare time outdoors - whether camping, heading to the beach, firing up the BBQ, or catching up with friends - and of course, up the wahs (Every year its ''Öur Year").
